Service and payment

This version is offered for professional use. It validates CSV against the explicit rules you supply and applies only requested transformations. It does not guarantee acceptance by another system. Keep your originals and review reports before importing.

A €9 one-time pack includes 100 completed operations for 90 days from settled payment. There is no subscription, renewal or automatic refill. Unused operations expire. A report containing validation errors is a completed operation. Malformed inputs and service errors do not consume an operation; use retry IDs as documented to avoid duplicate charges. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French CGI, under the operator's current billing regime.

Payment and receipts are handled by Stripe. Keep your API key private. Contact support for lost access or refunds. A refund or payment dispute revokes the pack. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected. No contractual uptime SLA is offered for v0.1.

Processing and retention

CSV content, schemas and results are processed in application memory and returned directly. They are not stored in our database, logged as request bodies, sold, or used to train an AI model. Your MCP client and destination applications may retain their own copies.

PostgreSQL stores purchase references, expiry, usage, revocation state, retry IDs and cryptographic input fingerprints. These prevent replay from restoring credit. Use opaque retry IDs rather than names or emails. These records remain as billing and abuse-prevention records; contact support to exercise data rights, subject to required accounting retention.

Stripe processes identity and billing details to fulfill your purchase and meet legal obligations. We do not receive full card details. A strictly necessary browser cookie, valid for seven days, binds checkout to key retrieval. API keys in the workspace stay in the current page's memory. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Railway hosts the service and database. Hosting providers may retain network access logs separately. Application logs contain operation type and validity, never CSV cells or keys. We process service data to fulfill the contract and protect the service from abuse; billing records are retained as required for accounting. Payment details are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Your responsibilities and rights

Submit only data you are authorized to process. Do not send special-category personal data, credentials, or payment-card details. Version 0.1 is not offered as a managed processing service for regulated sensitive workloads. Do not load-test without agreement, bypass quotas, or share keys across unrelated customers.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by contacting the operator. You may complain to the CNIL. French law applies, subject to mandatory protections. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
